ChEd gives schools until May 15 to submit documents for tuition hike

TACLOBAN CITY—Institutions of higher learning in Eastern Visayas were given until May 15 by the Commission on Higher Education (ChEd) to submit documents that would allow them to increase tuition fees that would be collected from students this coming school year 2013-2014.
