Second increase of barangay honoraria takes effect January 1, 2011

There likely will be five provinces from out of the island of Samar which presently has 3 provinces – Samar (Western Samar), Eastern Samar, and Northern Samar. The 2 new provinces that may be added in the future will be, one, that may be known as “Northwestern Samar” and two, “Southwestern Samar”. Tuba-tuba planting still alive in Basey
Three years after massive Jatropha Curcas (Tuba-Tuba) shrub planting took place in Basey, Samar, the number of surviving shrubs could not anymore be estimated. Countryside Associated Television, or CAT for short, most likely formally begins its first broadcast right in Tacloban highly urbanized city, tomorrow, August 23. It was two o’clock last Monday morning when I chanced upon channel 8 on the cable tv service subscribed for our home in Tacloban.
