American arrested for malicious mischief
CAMP KANGLEON, Palo, Leyte – The Albuera police has arrested an American national for malicious mischief on March 29, 2012. Authorities identified the suspect as Richard Alexander Bieveir, 64 years old, widower and presently residing at Barangay San Pedro, Albuera, Leyte.
