“Representatives of delegations have already drawn their assigned billeting quarters for the entire duration of the meet. Most of the billeting areas are near the Leyte Sports and Development Center, where games will be held,” Orbino said.

“The opening ceremonies will be held at the LSDC in Tacloban City. We are expecting Department of Education (DepEd) officials to attend in the EVRAA,” Orbino said.
This year’s EVRAA theme is “Enhancing Skills and Improving Higher Learning Outcomes Through School Sports.”
