Yes, the brainchild of former Mayor Alfredo T. Romualdez, whose barangayan now wholly adapted by the present leadership, his son Mayor Alfred S. Romualdez, continue to be a by-word by every Taclobanon, where you experience truly and wholly public service.

***

It is programmed to solely give all the city government social and basic services, supervised by representatives or by the city department heads right to your respective barangays. To escape one, you’ll miss half of your life!

***

It’s final and official! 8th ID PA, the army camp located at Camp Maulong Catbalogan City, will definitely stay. As is, where is! No more, no less! No ID, no entry!

***

It was reportedly been planned to relocate the Army camp to Sta. Rita Samar. But with the existing MOA between the city executive of Catbalogan and the good Gen.Mario Chan, the chance to relocate it was scrapped. So be it!

***

Lim in, Muñoz out! City government of Tacloban has appointed its new city administrator. Atty. Tecson John Lim a former provincial administrator of Quirino province, promised to strengthen the relationship between the executive vs. legislative branch of the city. As promised! Sana!

***

52 units of houses at Gawad Kalinga village in Cabalawan area were officially turn-over to 52 victims whose houses were devastated by the recent calamities sometime of March 2011. In simple rites!

***

Mayor Alfred Romualdez who spearheads the ceremonies, sees to it that they should be happily relocated to areas far removed from the ire of flooding and landslides. And, more units to follow…

***

I understand, GK Development Foundation Incorporated made everything possible and in coordination with the leadership of Mayor Alfred whose desire to put in place a GK Village here in Tacloban, be a reality.
